Annie is teaching World History and U.S. History at Crescent High School this year. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Secondary Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Annie comes from a big, close-knit family and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and reading.

During our 2025 Opening Ceremony, we honored Melissa Davis, who has served Anderson 3 for an incredible 35 years. Mrs. Davis began as a 1st grade teacher at Iva Elementary, led Starr Elementary as principal for 15 years, and now continues to impact students as our Early Learning Coordinator.

She's also part of a Tiger teaching duo, married to Mr. Brantley Caldwell, Agriculture Teacher at Crescent High. They have four awesome kids: Baylor, Hendrix, Cain, and Laurel.

Congratulations to 2025 Retiree Mrs. Sandra Lollis! 🚌🌟
After 26 years of service in Anderson 3, Mrs. Lollis is retiring from her role as Director of Transportation. Sandra began her journey in August of 1999 as a bus driver, quickly stepping into leadership roles, eventually serving as our district’s Safety Officer before becoming Director. Through every role, her deep passion for students and her commitment to their safety and well-being remained constant.
Born and raised in the Grove Community of Iva, Sandra is a proud local, wife to the late Skeeter Lollis, and devoted mother to Erica and Stacey. She’s also the proud grandmother of three granddaughters who light up her world. 💕
Whether dressing up in costume with her partner-in-crime Donna to surprise drivers before holidays, or greeting students with a warm smile each morning, Sandra brought heart, humor, and high standards to everything she did.
We will miss her steady leadership, compassionate spirit, and how she always made people feel seen and appreciated. Thank you, Sandra, for the lasting impression you’ve made on the lives of our students and staff.

In 1990, after temporarily stepping into substitute roles while praying for guidance, she felt called to remain patient. When her son Daniel started school in 1997, the perfect opportunity opened, and she knew it was God's plan. Since then, she’s been a faithful servant, supporting our staff and students by keeping our schools running smoothly.
Originally from Anderson, Emily became an “honorary Grove-vite” after meeting her husband, Jim (aka Bones), and moving to the Starr-Iva area. Together, they were blessed with two children, Rachel and Daniel, a wonderful son-in-law, Kaleb, and three precious grandchildren, Danni Rae, Drue Ann, and Drake. ❤️
Emily’s favorite memories include cheering on Rachel and Daniel during their FFA days and attending cow shows, experiences that deepened her connection to the district’s agricultural roots.
Emily, your unwavering support and joyful spirit have left a lasting impression on Anderson 3. We are grateful for your many years of service and wish you endless blessings in this next chapter! 💛🖤

Last week, Anderson 3 Instructional Technology Coach, Heather Dickerson, represented our district at the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) 2025 Conference in Cleveland, Ohio! 🚀
Heather joined educators and innovators from around the world to explore creative, hands-on ways to embed computational thinking across all classroom settings. She presented two powerful sessions: one on using our learning management system (LMS) to deliver accessible and impactful professional development, and another on an AI readiness checklist designed to guide policy and training in our district. 🧠💡💻
