Decisions to enroll in A3 Virtual Learning must be made by Friday, July 31. Please understand that Virtual Learning is NOT the same as eLearning. A contract must be signed, and a commitment for the entire first semester must be made to enroll. Please contact your student's school if you have any questions.

To keep you as informed as possible, we would like to update you on our 2020-2021 school year schedule. After recommendations from Gov. McMaster and evaluating our families' and staff's needs, we have modified our operating schedule. Elementary and Middle school students will operate on a traditional 5-day face-to-face schedule that follows model 1 of our reopening plan. We will update you when a plan for high school students is complete. We will still offer a virtual option for the 2020-2021 school year. A commitment for at least the first semester must be made by July 31. Your child's school will inform you of the virtual learning details.

Due to Governor McMaster's recommendations, we have adjusted our school calendar to reflect a later start date. Please note that the new start date for Elementary and Middle school students is August 31, 2020. High school students will begin on September 8, 2020.

Welcome, Nikita Cowan! 🌟
Mrs. Cowan will be joining the A3 teaching team as an 8th Grade ELA teacher at Starr-Iva Middle School!
Mrs. Cowan is from Anderson, SC, and graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in 2001. She currently resides in Belton with her husband, Kenta, and their three children: Gabrielle (13), Keandre(12), and Kentasia (10). In 2010 Nikita graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education/English from Anderson University. After graduating, she taught 7th and 8th grade ELA and English I Honors for ten years in Anderson School District 5 at McCants Middle School.
We are excited for Nikita to be joining the #A3Family!

Welcome, Hogan Crawford!
Hogan is joining Anderson 3 as our District Technology Specialist! 👨💻
Hogan is a lifelong resident of Anderson, SC, and a recent graduate of Tri-County Technical College, where he majored in Computer and Information Technology with an emphasis in Network Systems Management. In February of 2020, Hogan’s professors unanimously selected him as Tri-County’s Outstanding Student in Computer and Information Technology. Outside of the classroom, Hogan was a member of the Clemson University Tiger Band, and more recently, he was an IT intern for Anderson 3.
We are excited to welcome Hogan to the #A3Family!
