Mrs. Metcalf joined the Crescent High School Nutrition Services team after transferring from Anderson 2. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and a master's in Secondary Education, with dreams of being a middle school science/agriculture teacher. Before changing career paths, she worked in healthcare for 14 years. Mrs. Abby enjoys cheering her son Conner on as he plays baseball and football. In addition, she loves to bake, garden, and spend time with her family, which includes three dogs, fish, and chickens.

We are excited to announce that our Anderson 3 Graduate Walk is back! ๐๐
All Crescent High School seniors are encouraged to take a walk down memory lane and visit their former elementary school on Friday, May 20th at 1:30 p.m. Seniors will wear their caps and gowns as they walk the hallways that guided them toward graduation! Seniors who did not attend elementary school in Anderson 3 are welcome to attend any elementary school.
Our goal is to inspire the next generation of Tigers while also allowing seniors to walk down memory lane! ๐ฏ

The Clemson College of Education recognized cooperating teachers last week during teacher appreciation week by randomly drawing names for gift packages. Mrs. Ashli Simpson, a third-grade teacher at Iva Elementary, was one of 15 teachers chosen out of 191 total cooperating teachers.
This year Mrs. Simpson had Ms. Carlee Burriss in her classroom completing her student teaching. Congratulations, Ashli! ๐๐ฅณ
$9,547 went towards classroom materials on DonorsChoose for Anderson 3 during #teacherappreciationweek! Thank you to our amazing teachers who go above and beyond for their students, as well as the generous donors who have supported their classroom dreams. ๐

This year Mrs. Baldwin joined the Flat Rock Elementary team as the school data clerk and shortly after joined the Crescent Cross County team as an assistant coach. Halie is a 2018 graduate of Crescent High School. She obtained an associate's degree in Business Administration and General Studies from Tri-County Technical College. Mrs. Baldwin and her husband Tyler are newlyweds.

This year Mrs. Frith joined the Starr-Iva Middle team as the ISS Supervisor. Mrs. Frith is an Iva native and a Crescent Graduate. Angie and her husband Scot have two daughters, Anna and Lindsay. She enjoys reading, shopping, Clemson football, and spending time with her family in her free time.
