Mrs. Harbertโs 2nd graders used Summary Slides to retell the story Stellaluna.



Third graders at Iva Elementary were able to take part in an edible food chain activity and enjoy a sweet treat!





Ms. O'Quinn's Kindergarten students adopted reading buddies today! The children can read books to their new "forever friends" each night!





Iva Elementary will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week on October 28 through November 1. We would love to see each student participating in the daily events! Please see the schedule below.

Mrs. Harbert's second-graders had a place value party last week! Plastic Base-10 blocks were replaced with 100s Cheez-Its, 10s Pretzel Rods, and 1s M&Ms!

Third-grade STEM students are testing various materials to determine which are conductors and which are insulators.

It's Book Fair time! Our Fall Book Fair will be here next week, October 7-11. Students will shop on their library day. Parents are welcome to come shop with your children during their scheduled library visit!
