Mr. Simpson’s ML students were challenged to cook and present the history of their favorite dishes from Mexico and Puerto Rico. Students demonstrated the appropriate method to enjoy these dishes, from assembly to how to eat them properly.
During this presentation to various CHS & DO staff, students had to incorporate the dish's history and key vocabulary they learned through this process.
This demonstration was an excellent representation of some of the different cultures within Crescent. #tigerstogether
