Anderson 3 Trustees Extend Superintendent Kathy Hipp’s Contract through 2026, Following an Exemplary Evaluation.
Anderson 3 Superintendent Kathy D. Hipp has received a contract extension during the January 2023 Meeting of the Anderson 3 Board of Trustees.
During the executive session, the trustees evaluated Hipp’s performance over the course of the prior year. Following the stellar academic performance of the district, including the district's highest-ever state ranking, the board voted and approved an extension through 2026.
Danny Owens, Anderson 3 Board Chairman, said Hipp’s commitment to excellence had propelled the district forward. "The board and I are pleased with Mrs. Hipp's performance as our district leader. She continues to exceed expectations."
