The Anderson 3 Board of Trustees has approved a contract extension for Superintendent Kathy D. Hipp through 2029 following an annual performance evaluation.
Under Superintendent Hipp’s leadership, Anderson 3 has achieved record-breaking academic outcomes, maintained fiscal responsibility, and pursued strategic, long-range planning to meet the evolving needs of students and the community.

The Board expressed appreciation for Superintendent Hipp’s dedication and confidence in the district’s continued progress under her leadership.

Kathy has served as Superintendent since 2016.
