Anderson 3 Students to receive Free Lunch and Breakfast for the Next Four Years! 🎉🍕
Starting with the 2023-2024 school year, Anderson 3 students will receive free breakfast and lunch, thanks to recent changes to the USDA's Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program.
Anderson 3's Identified Student Percentage (ISP) increased significantly this year due to new guidelines that allow Medicaid to be included. At the end of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Program's four-year cycle, our district will be reevaluated to determine extended eligibility.
Prior to COVID-19, Anderson 3's elementary schools qualified for free lunch through the CEP program.
We are excited to be able to remove the burden of school lunch bills from our families!
