Board Commendations
At the March 2024 meeting of the Anderson 3 Board of Trustees, the board recognized JB Tripp, 2024 AAA 165LB Wrestling Champion. JB had an impressive season, showing great strength as only a sophomore at Crescent. Congratulations, JB!
The board recognized three students whose artworks were awarded juror awards at the 2024 Anderson Art Centers Youth Art Month (YAM) Show. Justin Norris, a 5th grader at Flat Rock Elementary, was awarded second place in the elementary division.
Abby Ezzell, a senior at Crescent High School, was awarded 3rd place in the high school division.
Gabriella Cardenas, a 4K student at Iva Elementary, was awarded a merit award in the juror award division. We are so proud of our students' limitless talent! Congratulations.
Five students were recognized for being awarded 5th Place in the 2024 South Carolina VIQRC
Elementary School State Championship. Congratulations to Parker Jimenez - Driver, Brody Becker - Driver, Justin Norris - Driver, Leila Beth McCullough - Coder, Emma Jimenez - Coder and Notebook Designer.
Paisley Hatcher, a 5th grader at Starr Elementary, was recently selected to the 2024 SCMEA Elementary All-State Honor Choir. Congratulations, Paisley!
