Miss Amanda Pinson

Hi! My name is Amanda Pinson, and I am currently an  Academic Success Center Teacher here at Crescent High School.
I am also a proud Alumna of Crescent High School, class of 2004. After graduating from Crescent, I went to Clemson University where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Multi-Categorical Special Education. While at Clemson I was fortunate to be apart of one of the largest student organizations, Tiger Band. I was also a buddy for the challenger baseball league, a brother of the National Honorary Band Fraternity, Kappa Kappa Psi and a sister for the service based sorority, Gamma Sigma Sigma. In Tiger Band I was a member of the Color Guard. I was able to travel all over the South East with Tiger Band supporting the Clemson Tigers! The other organizations I was involved in fostered my love for community outreach and service.
At Crescent, I have coached cheerleading and help advise the Student Government Association. I enjoy helping plan student activities such as pep rallies, pageants, prom and charity events.
Outside of school, I am the Girl's Ministries director at Iva Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Currently, I am in graduate school at Clemson University to obtain my Masters degree in Educational Leadership-Administration.
